This elevated lunch experience features a classic Beef Wellington prepared in very limited quantities and thoughtfully paired with Ladera wines. The menu highlights a 5 oz prime beef filet layered with a rich duxelle of chanterelle, cremini, and shiitake mushrooms, prosciutto di Parma, and foie gras, all wrapped in golden puff pastry and baked to a perfect medium rare. The meal is complemented by a seasonal salad and finished with chocolate truffles for dessert.

Before Bill Harlan’s cult classic Promontory Vineyard was his, it was Ladera’s first Napa Valley Vineyard, Lone Canyon. Ideally located on the loam-filled slopes on the easter side of Mount Veeder, it is considered to be one of the best sites for Cabernet in all of Napa, even being referred to as Napa Valley Grand Cru. This winemaker curated private tasting offers a nuanced tasting across four library vintages from 1998 through 2008. Accompanied by a complimentary tempting cheese and charcuterie plate, this limited availability tasting is $375* per person and exclusive to wine club members. Four-person minimum.
