In June 2020, Ladera unveiled its new forever home in Napa Valley. Situated amongst the most prestigious wineries in St. Helena, our idyllic location makes us one of the most sought-after wineries on the Silverado Trail. The property, which is situated on several acres that rise into the hills above the Silverado Trail, offers idyllic views of the Western Mayacamas Mountains. The opening of our interim tasting room represents the first phase of a multi-year project that will ultimately include an 8,600 square foot cave winery, vineyards and new hospitality facility.

While many wineries are known for their indiscriminate and excessive visitation practices, at Ladera you’ll find an inviting and intimate, by-appointment-only tasting environment that is focused on allowing us to connect with our guests and offer them the highest quality tasting experience possible.

Portfolio Tasting

The perfect tasting to fully experience the breadth of Ladera, this tasting features an array of six acclaimed Ladera wines accompanied by a complimentary delectable cheese plate. This intimate seated tasting is complimentary for wine club members and $75* per person for non-members.

Howell Mountain Pinnacle Tasting

Focused on the nuances of the world-renowned AVA that exemplifies the Ladera name, this tasting features five of our most sought-after Howell Mountain Reserve and ‘S’ Cabernet Sauvignon vintages. Accompanied by a complimentary savory cheese and charcuterie plate, this private seated tasting is $900 for two to four guests ($600 for club members). Offered Tuesday – Saturday Only.

Cabernet Collection Tasting

Curated for true Cabernet lovers, this distinctive tasting explores the nuances of each terroir that defines our Howell Mountain, Atlas Peak, High Plateau and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons. Accompanied by a complimentary inviting cheese plate, this focused seated tasting is $150* per person ($100 for club members). Four-person minimum.

Lone Canyon Library Tasting

Before Bill Harlan’s cult classic Promontory Vineyard was his, it was Ladera’s first Napa Valley Vineyard, Lone Canyon. Ideally located on the loam-filled slopes on the easter side of Mount Veeder, it is considered to be one of the best sites for Cabernet in all of Napa, even being referred to as Napa Valley Grand Cru. This winemaker curated private tasting offers a nuanced tasting across four library vintages from 1998 through 2008. Accompanied by a complimentary tempting cheese and charcuterie plate, this limited availability tasting is $375* per person and exclusive to wine club members. Four-person minimum. Ladera Lobster Lunch

Join us for a delicious lunch featuring a decadent New England lobster salad and a fresh-made baguette or lobster roll and seasonal side salad followed by a fun and informative seated tasting where you and your guests will explore our acclaimed current release wines. $125 per person.
